The whole house and garden are yours alone. The house is for guests looking for more than a place to sleep by the sea: privacy, an airy interior, pleasant shade, long breakfasts on the terrace and evenings where silence, breeze and sunset become the main event.

There are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and two additional sleeping places on the sofa bed in the living room, especially suitable for children or younger guests. Every bedroom and the living room have air conditioning, and all windows and doors are fitted with mosquito screens.

  • The entire property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed
  • No open fires, parties or bachelor/bachelorette events
  • Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00
  • Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00
  • Guests under 18 may stay only with a parent or legal guardian
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
  • Nearest airport: Split Airport; the island is reached by Jadrolinija ferry
